Your role:

• Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
• Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent
• You have very good English level (B2 or higher)
• You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
• You can take ownership and have good communication skills
• You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
