Order Management Specialist
Your role:
- Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
- You have minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Customer Service, Logistics or Transport
- You have very good Italian and English level languags (B2 or higher)
- You are organized person with strong ownership
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
