Description
Lead all aspects of the development of comprehensive testing strategies and ensure collaboration with partners to define testing requirements and priorities.Oversee the execution of test plans, verifying thorough and accurate testing. Manage escalations and corrective actions as needed. Ensure clear reporting of test progress and metrics to partners and management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools. Find opportunities for automation and efficiency gains to streamline the testing workflow.Work with other SQM managers to ensure testing processes and systems are created and implemented with a global perspective, and align testing strategies with overall project and BPR goals.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of leadership or team management experience
  • Demonstrate a track record of developing effective and inclusive teams, comprising mid-career and experienced employees.
  • Experience in software testing and test automation frameworks. Experience testing machine learning and AI applications is a benefit.
  • Demonstrate success in leading multiple priorities, delegating, and establishing operational plans and management processes to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all parts of the organization.
  • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership, innovation, and effectiveness in influencing others to drive meaningful change with high integrity.
  • Possess best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to occasionally travel internationally and work off/weekend hours to support projects, as needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in a relevant field preferred
