Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability by developing strong relationship with global practices
• Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work products, timeliness and accuracy of content
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the OWT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance
• Lead a team of professionals and provide direction to the team across different pursuit and project phases
• Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration for the OWT team
• Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting
• Be recognized internally as a ‘go-to’ advisor on issues related to Organization and Workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, Organization restructuring and talent planning
• Perform role of a counsellor and a coach: define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
• Develop thought leadership collaterals, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance software offering within the practice

To qualify for the role, you must have
• 12-16 years of experience in
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in Organization design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management. Strong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools, and operational planning methodologies
• Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA/EMBA
• Experience in developing PoVs, sales proposals under Organization Design and Talent Management areas
• Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities of collaboration across boundaries and working in highly matrixed, ambiguous and challenging situations
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Experience in consulting for global organisations, across industry in the areas of
o Organization Design
o Workforce planning and restructuring
o Talent Management
o Leadership and Culture Assessment
• Experience in managing data and deriving insights, reporting, that enable business decision making
• Preferred expertise in Analytics, with experience in one or more statistical tools and techniques including:
o SPSS, Spotfire, PowerBI, Qualtrics
o Deep expertise in Excel and Microsoft toolkit
• Experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management
• Experience in a managed services organisation to provide extended consulting services to global clients in managing medium to large scale Organization Transformation projects using experience in analytics, talent management and HR planning
• Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
