As the Consumer Marketing Manager in the Adriatic region, you will lead the local marketing strategy and execution for a dedicated Personal Health category, closely aligning with CEE regional strategies. You will be responsible for translating these strategies into impactful, data-driven local campaigns, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time. Your role generates long-term business value for dedicated category part of the portfolio in the Adriatic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Local Strategy & Execution:
    Shape and execute the local marketing strategy aligned with regional plans, based on deep insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Manage product launches, phase-outs, portfolio optimization, and new product introduction plans to maintain a profitable and consumer-relevant portfolio.
  • Consumer Demand Creation:
    Own consumer demand generation through 360-degree marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels, tailoring and localizing global or regional toolkits
  • Campaign & Activation Planning:
    Develop and implement local activation plans, leveraging market insights and managing content localization to maximize impact.
  • Budget & ROI Management:
    Plan and manage the A&P budget, track marketing ROI, and ensure effective investment allocation to meet sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, trade marketing, digital, consumer care, supply chain, and external agencies to align and execute plans seamlessly.
  • Commercial Support:
    Support pricing strategy, IGM realization, sales forecasting, and sales training initiatives in coordination with commercial teams.
  • Market Monitoring & Analytics:
    Monitor in-market results, analyze performance, track KPIs (sell in, sell out, profitability, market share, brand strength), and optimize marketing plans accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key external partners, including media agencies.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of relevant brand management experience in a multinational FMCG or personal care company.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, budget management, and sales collaboration.
  • Experience with digital marketing, trade marketing, and marketing research is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
  • Passion for the male grooming market and consumer insights-driven marketing.
