- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or program/product management at a technology company (i.e. Cloud Service Provider, Software vendor, System Integrator etc)
- Technical and commercial understanding and knowledge of the software market and its ecosystem
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse multi-functional and diverse internal and external teams and demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior customer executives
- Verbal and written communications skills in Japanese and English.
