We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager who is a passionate individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services.

The Infrastructure Planning andCenter of Excellenceis responsible forenabling andthe foundation that supportsinfrastructure deliveryfor Land, Energy, Networking,Datacenter Planning through efficient processes, data driven decision making, innovation, and automated and integrated tool sets.

Manager, you will drive technology programs from ideation and strategy formulation, through requirements and execution to build the next generation of core services for our organization. In this role you will be the liaison between theNetwork Sourcingbusiness stakeholders and our internal engineering teams to foster quality and scalable technology solutions with the right level of flexibility, while simultaneously ensuring successful development and implementation with a customer focused, innovative, and collaborative team culture.Translate ideas into reality by writing high quality requirements and specifications that cover end-to-end customer scenarios, and drive for results throughout the entire product development cycle.You will be tasked specifically with delivering and improving an end-to-endto payfrom anend to endperspective, from demand receipt and all throughout the purchase order process.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Professionalexperience with ProcurementProcesses or tooling in a supply chain or telecom environment with a deep understanding of our Source to Pay Process -RFI/RFP to Contract to PO and Invoice-for Telecom products like Dark Fiber, Network Backbone fiber, Space and Power, ILAs, and other products.


Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge ofTelecomNetworks and TelecomNetworkDeliveryand TelecomNetwork products such as Dark Fiber,ILAs, and associated products.
  • Experience/background in supply chain planning
  • withSAP:Ariba,IBP,EPPM, P2P
  • Track record of effectively collaborating across feature teams and disciplines as a contributor or leader.
  • Detailed orientedandthorough.
  • using Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI.
  • with Kusto, SQL, DAX, and other data analysis tools.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.


Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
