Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in software engineering, product management, technical account management, or sales engineering.
- Experience with mobile technology solutions, particularly with iOS.
- Experience with communication protocols such as IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, and SIP.
- Understanding of carrier networking infrastructure and mobile network operations.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, JavaScript, and Unix/Linux environments.
