Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
2 years of experience managing a technical team in a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in software engineering, product management, technical account management, or sales engineering.
Experience with mobile technology solutions, particularly with iOS.
Experience with communication protocols such as IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, and SIP.
Understanding of carrier networking infrastructure and mobile network operations.
Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, JavaScript, and Unix/Linux environments.
