Key Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Working Closely with the team and becoming familiar with the types of services that the firm provides
• Analysing data and carry out research
• Building proposals
• Contributing to the development of strategies and action plans
• Contributing to the development of reports
• Conducting market study

Technical skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, International Relations, Business, Management, Gender Studies, Sustainability Studies, or related fields
• Strong academic record
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English in a professional environment. Knowledge of Georgian is a must
• Strong writing, analytical and data processing skills
• Strong research (quantitative surveying and qualitative interviewing) skills
• Time management
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
• Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
• Ability to meet deadlines in support of our clients’ goals
• Willingness and ability to travel through the Country, when necessary (approximately 25% of the time)
