Remote Service Engineer - Imaging Systems
You are responsible for
- Perform troubleshooting and action assessment
- Take steps to resolve issues that have arisen
- Recommend the Customer Care Center and local service organization the next step to solve the customer's problems and what spare parts are required
- Technical support to the local service organizations
- Follow-up and monitoring of service assignments
- Perform security updates
- Establish and develop a good collaboration with our customers and internally at Philips
- Ensure that you are up to date on new technologies that may affect Philips products within your own modality.
- Some part of the service involves work at the customer site
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- We believe you have a technical education at university level or similar, Masters / Bachelor's degree, in medical technology or IT
- At least 3-5 years of work experience from working as an engineer in medical technology or equivalent environment.
- Experience and knowledge of remote technical support
- Good experience and knowledge of DXR is an advantage
- Fluent Danish and English -a must
- Another Nordic language is an advantage
