Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content and event marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with wider marketing, product, and sales teams to produce content
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to produce quality content
  • Develop editorial calendar, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, thought leadership, webinars and more
  • Deliver engaging technical content on a regular basis, which is aligned to audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points
  • Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistence
  • Edit, proofread and improve content developed by third-parties
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement and lead generation
  • Manage the content and events marketing budget
  • Leading and ensuring the success of all event preparations and executions
  • Managing relationships with vendors, organisers, and attendee
  • Designing marketing and promotional materials for event

This is a global role that operates across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia, and will occasionally require work to be undertaken outside of the normal 9am-5:30pm working day.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications

Essential

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a B2B environment (software specific advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a content related role
  • Excellent writer and researcher with a strong ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Be confident working as part of a small dynamic team, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be proactive and a self-starter with a solution-driven mindset
  • Good understanding of the product marketing lifecycle, conversion funnel, lead generation process and customer touch points
  • Enjoyment in developing high-quality content, have an eye for creativity, and have an aptitude to rapidly learn new concepts and skills
  • Curiosity to try new ways of working, technologies, processes, and strategic marketing tactics

Desired

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud such as InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience of CRM (Salesforce)
