Job Description - Junior Operations and Customer Service Specialist

You will be responsible for processing changes and updates to customer account records and dealing with a variety of customer queries, problem solving and responding to customer requests for information. This requires thorough knowledge of our products and services, all of which you will receive in depth training on, to support your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering new account information
  • Changing information on existing accounts
  • Recording transactions
  • Receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarising documents and information
  • Completing reports and providing administrative support
  • Customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of clerical and customer service experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Basic knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • English speaking skills
