You will be responsible for managing orders for Health System products.On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz.
Your role:

• Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.

• Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

• Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order

• Pro-actively communicate to customers internal in a clear and customer-centric way

• Working in SAP

You're the right fit if:

• You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic

• Your English is on C1 level

• You have an analytical mind and like working with data

• You are a good problem solver and have good organization skills

• Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
