What you'll do
- Assist in developing strategic and impactful messaging for executive leadership.
- Design, initiate and implement a structured communication plan, including keynotes, leadership branding, and social media presence.
- Maintain internal communications calendar aligned with corporate objectives and local activities.
- Create and execute internal communication projects that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee and grow the company’s local social media presence, ensuring engaging and relevant content creation.
- Develop audience-specific content such as newsletters, videos, employee event materials, and presentations.
- Play a key role in planning, executing and communicating company-wide employee events.
- Work closely with HR, operations, and other organizational functions and stakeholder, to maintain consistent and effective communication.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
What you bring
- Strong oral and written communication abilities in both English and Hebrew.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ways to improve internal and external communications.
- Work effectively with various teams and departments to align communication strategies.
- Passion for connecting with people and building professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (both oral and written).
- Experience in communications, marketing, or marcom-related roles.
- Familiarity with social media strategies, content creation, and online engagement practices.
- Demonstrated experience in creating high-impact content and communications initiatives.
