Tesla isseeking an experienced and dynamic Field Supervisor to providetechnicians/electricians with training opportunities, manage schedules, followup on open cases, actively monitor fleets, and fulfill preventative maintenanceobligations. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for most,post-installation responsibilities and service work as it relates toperformance and system uptime with the support of associated engineering anddeployment teams.

• Manage Service Technicians/Electricians,set schedules and priorities to aid in the troubleshooting and repair ofequipment within assigned region
• Be ready to travel for extended periods oftime covering multiple locations in respective region with minimal notice. Maintainhigh levels of communication and feedback within the service organization;prepare daily updates of work completed, problems identified, and futuretimelines
• Exercise discretion and independentjudgment while overseeing the field service work and their successfulcompletion of work orders as they relate to troubleshooting down orunderperforming systems
• Evaluate the work of technicians andelectricians to provide both quarterly and yearly performance reviews alongwith controlling overall regional spend and when needed propose cost effectivesolutions
• Provide necessary “On-boarding”

  “On-The-Job-Training” and training resources to Field Service Technicians. Workwith Engineering and Training departments to ensure effective processes are inplace
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation.Including acting on actual events, arrange resources and monitor the progress. Reviewexpense reports and timesheets for accuracy
• Safety Oriented, ability to prioritizesafety standards for the field and escalate activities that may jeopardize thesafety of field technicians or equipment

• Will have Commercial or Utility ScaleIndustrial Storage experience preferred with 1+ years experience creatingScopes of Work for maintenance or electrical services
• Will have 3+ years of experience workingwithin maintenance, operations, and management
• Ability to manage voluminous amounts ofdata especially while using Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong attention to detail,organizational, time-management, and problem solving skills
• Experiencing writing Corrective ActionReports and strong Case Management skills and familiarity with ticketingsystems such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Computerized MaintenanceManagement Systems (CMMS) preferred
• Recent training and current certificationas required in OSHA / NFPA 70E / Safety experience with PV systems preferred
• Valid driver's license required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, may include weekends, evenings andholidays
