KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Field Services team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to meter installers as well as warehouse facilities management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum High School Diploma with relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
- Ability to travel 50% of time across Ontario region
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of outside field deployment
- Strong experience in Microsoft products to generate and utilize tools (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer required background verification checks must be completed and approval maintained.
