Job Description:


We are looking to hire an experienced Cloud Product Owner focused on Customer Experience and User Experience. This role will facilitate, develop, and complete user journeys and product design deliverables for the Enterprise Cloud Platforms organization. This role will work closely with technology stakeholders and requires the ability to understand business requirements and document processes and tasks required to use the products in development.

Job Summary:

  • Reporting to the product management office
  • Works with other technical product managers through requirements gathering, product design, and defining user experience requirements and friction points
  • Aligns to the product strategy and vision for product development
  • Consulting with clients to understand their goals
  • Conducting usability testing
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Works across Global Technology engineers to gather customer requirements and identify the integration dependencies to operationalize product adoption
  • Define requirements for product development that represent technical delivery, controls enablement, and operational maturity
  • Maintain the service and capability documentation, roadmaps, and growth targets

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a technical product manager or customer experience lead
  • Demonstrates understanding of modern or cloud technologies
  • Experience working with cloud services providers (CSPs)
  • Competency in implementing technology operating models for financial services technology
  • Experience in agile development and tooling
  • Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders
