Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with assisting customers with Microsoft Cloud solutions, technical readiness and training
- 3+ years of Cloud\hybrid security experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS security
- Securing Azure n-tier resources e.g., Application, networking, virtual machines etc.
- Network design and protection - WAF (Web Application Firewall), NSGs (Network Security Groups), Azure Firewall, Azure DNS, Hybrid DNS etc.
- Secrets management and design - Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, RBAC etc.
- Entra ID – Managed Identities, PIM, Service Principals and RBAC best practices
- Azure Governance and Compliance – Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
- Azure security solutions integration - Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Log Analytics Workspace and related Cloud security and governance services
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly
- Demonstrated aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service, influence, and impact while problem solving and building customer & partner relationships.
- 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 2+ years experience working on technical projects.
- Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC.
