Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
  • ORBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required Proventrack recordof building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs (Chief Experience Officers) and practice building executives in ISV (Independant Software Vendor), MSP (Managed Service Provider), and similar.
  • AND theAbility to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues,leveraginginternal and/or external resources and aDeep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer (full stack )
• 5+ years ofexpertise, in at least one or more Modern Dev Stacks (Node, Python, .net, go, etc) ANDbasic knowledge of working with containers and AKS

Additional or Preferred Qualifications(PQs)

• Dev Ops experience and experience in deployable solutions, with knowledge of 2-3 Modern Dev Stacks (Node, Python, .net, go, etc)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Engineeror related field preferred
• Certification in one of the following technologies preferred: Cloud, mobile, web application development, cloud-native application architecture (i.e., containers, microservices, API (Application Programming Interface Management), modern software development techniques like DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)tool chains (i.e., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure developer services, GitHub) and container orchestration systems (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Azure),Prosci
• 4+years experienceworking in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 4+years experienceworking on technical projects.

Partner Enablement and Execution

• Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technicalskills
• Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements,including;Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons
• Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practicessharing
• Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or servicesleveragingMicrosoft’s latesttechnologies
• Evangelism: Evangelize partners’ practices and solutions in customers’ implementations viaTechnicalbriefings and Architecture Review Sessions
• Tech Sales: Enable partnersontechnical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners’ wins and work to unblock technical issues.
