Job responsibilities

• Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
• Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
• Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
• Facilitates meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view
• Interprets business requirements, recognize impact on business processes, and make recommendations
• Possesses the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information and collaborate to deliver solutions
• Organizes and manages multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Knowledge of Payments Domain & MT/MX messages and ACH/Wire Payments
• Previous experience with SOAP, XML, JSON and other similar web service protocols/technologies
• Understanding of SQL and database scripting
• Experience working with JIRA

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• CSM and CSPO certifications
• Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Computing
• Hands on experience on Swagger and API designing
