Job responsibilities
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Facilitates meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view
- Interprets business requirements, recognize impact on business processes, and make recommendations
- Possesses the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information and collaborate to deliver solutions
- Organizes and manages multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Knowledge of Payments Domain & MT/MX messages and ACH/Wire Payments
- Previous experience with SOAP, XML, JSON and other similar web service protocols/technologies
- Understanding of SQL and database scripting
- Experience working with JIRA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- CSM and CSPO certifications
- Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Computing
- Hands on experience on Swagger and API designing
