Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for RPA projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and RPA developers to identify automation opportunities.
• Document process workflows, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Support the design and development of RPA solutions by providing functional insights and clarifications.
• Participate in testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and user documentation for RPA solutions.
• Provide support to end-users during the deployment and post-implementation phases.
• Monitor and report on the performance of RPA solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with RPA technologies and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Who are we looking for? People with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have:

• Previous experience or internship in business analysis, process improvement, or RPA is a plus.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
