Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

• Performs routine assignments within standardised procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines (EG assisting other professionals; creating reports).• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems (EG performing office duties for a defined area; responding to company queries).

Most work carried out according to procedures. Operates within guidelines for non-standard situations. Requires supervision and coaching from SLM or peers. Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision making.Obtains and provides information to external or internal parties.
