Description
Perform substantive edits on online and classroom training that is delivered to an adult learning audience.Edit content to be clear, direct, friendly, concise, and simple. Be detailed while never losing focus on the goals of the content and the organization.Analyze your developers' writing trends and give constructive feedback.Coach new training content developers on the editing process.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience mentoring and collaborating with writersCurrent or previous experience with contact centersExperience editing content that will be translated into other languagesExperience with instructional design methodologiesExperience with web-authoring and multimedia tools
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in a related field or 3+ years relevant work experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $98,300.00 and $191,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
