What you'll do...
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Backend Engineer) to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our company's backend systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the highest level of quality and scalability.
What you'll do:
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
4. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure that software is reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues, and collaborating with QA engineers to ensure that defects are properly identified and documented.
What you'll bring:
1. Strong technical expertise: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, experience with software development methodologies, and a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals are essential for success in this role.
2. Problem-solving ability: The ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions is critical for resolving issues and improving software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure backend systems and applications using languages such as Java, Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure that all solutions are of the highest quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our company's backend systems and applications.
- Adhere to our company's code of conduct and ethical standards in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems and applications .
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python
- Experience with backend development frameworks such as Spring ,
- Familiarity with database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure .
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernete s. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark .

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Preferred Qualifications...
