Role Description:

Due to International Strategy program, building teams to support the team with upcoming work across multiple years is very critical. This role will be playing a critical role in building domain knowledge and stakeholder management. With all mandate dates, having existing knowledge on domain and knowledge will be very required.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the Program Backlog.
  • Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning, and map them to iteration goals.
  • Responsible for identifying Customer needs, documenting requirements/features and prioritizing Epics/Features.
  • Managing stakeholders and keeping informed on the current status, risk , issues etc.
  • Ability to provide solution options explaining the rationale and map it to strategic design.
  • Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide the business support.
  • Work with feature team to understand any technical challenges.

What we are looking for:

  • Good financial domain understanding. Candidate must have good experience on Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance.
  • Hands on experience as a product owner, proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution.
  • Good experience supporting technical delivery. Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities
  • Understanding the data and SQL skills for data profiling and analysis

  • Having knowledge on new data technology like Data mesh, data lake etc
  • Industry certification on Business analyst, PO skills
