Description
We are seeking an energetic and determined software engineer to help design, implement, and deliver highly scalable and secure health research tools. As a member of our fast-paced group in Apple Health, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to work cross functionally with various stakeholders. In addition to using technical knowledge to drive features and improvements, you must be comfortable with rapidly evolving requirements and have excellent interpersonal skills. Success depends on working with cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications
  • Able to design, develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end web development.
  • Ability to understand and break down high level requirements into complete solutions.
  • Excellent social skills and ability to work well with all levels of engineers and other teams.
  • Experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms) and security concepts preferred.
Education & Experience
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Familiarity with wellness or medical concepts, health research, and/or data governance concepts is a plus.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $116,106 and $208,300 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
