In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Partner with Senior Leadersin Legacy Franchises Operations & Technology for Asia & Europein recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategiesthat enable them to achieve their strategic priorities and meet their goals and objectives

  • The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to Legacy Franchises Operations & Technology business. These include supporting Legacy Franchise winddowns, transaction service agreements in our post sale markets, and stranded costs program.

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Disciplines (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent, etc.,) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures in a way that is aligned with Citi’s global HR Operating Model and prioritizes the employee experience

  • Partner with Country CHROs and HRAs in our sale and winddown markets, keeping a close oversight over the employee population(s) that will migrate to buyers and/or will transition as part of the sale/winddown plan.

  • Provide strategic advice on business and HR projects/initiatives including restructure projections, organizational efficiency reviews, high potential development programs, ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, annual performance management process, year-end activities including promotional process, compensation and voice of the employee

  • Partner with business and country HR teams indesigning and implementing initiatives that enable high employee engagement and satisfaction levels

  • Coach senior leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and build a collaborative and high functioning team

  • Assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized

  • Align people resources with appropriate business strategy

  • Proactively assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunities

  • Create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promoteorganizational/leadershipcapability

  • Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HRefficiency/effectiveness,and lead change management initiatives

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in the global banking and wealth industry

  • Strong track record in effectively supporting a high growth business

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver in a fast-paced matrixed organised environment

  • Ability to influence at Executive Leadership level

  • Experience in training

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
