Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND9+years experience(including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
    • ORMaster's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND7+years experiencein Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Robust knowledge of supply chain, specifically contract management, background on large construction capital projects; large scale engineering, procurement & construction experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of various contract methods (Design, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, etc.)
  • Familiarity with multiple contract pricing formats (lump sum, T&M, unit price, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the data center industry

Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key contract management initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be an analytical person, resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to challenge others to be successful. This role will:

  • Develop and implement a best practice tools roadmap to capture the contract management vision & strategy to aid and improve operational performance
  • Perform a gap analysis in the current environment and identify tooling opportunities
  • Analyze data to understand key information needed to track and monitor pre and post award contracting activities, including contractor progress
  • Lead the development effort to identify a tooling solution based on industry standards and through collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Conduct user testing to determine the end-user experience and evaluate proposed tooling solutions
  • Develop a Basis of Requirements that captures the framework of the tooling solution to support implementation
  • Provide guidance and oversight of new tools developed and implemented
