BA/BS Degree and 10+ years of proven experience in operations planning, product planning, supply chain planning, or related fields and 5+ years experience as a manager leading teams in global organizations
Ability to lead a team of managers and planners responsible for creating and implementing weekly product availability plans globally, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Drive and influence in a matrixed organization; strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
Highly analytical and business savvy to drive decision making.
Experience providing clear and effective executive updates.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in working with numbers.
Experience in change management and organizational strategy.
Ability to hire, train and develop team members capable of meeting the challenges of Apple’s rapidly changing environment.
Ability to maintain a focus on simplicity while handling complex challenges.
Ability to identify and execute process & productivity improvements.
