Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree and 10+ years of proven experience in operations planning, product planning, supply chain planning, or related fields and 5+ years experience as a manager leading teams in global organizations
  • Ability to lead a team of managers and planners responsible for creating and implementing weekly product availability plans globally, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Drive and influence in a matrixed organization; strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
  • Highly analytical and business savvy to drive decision making.
  • Experience providing clear and effective executive updates.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in working with numbers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in change management and organizational strategy.
  • Ability to hire, train and develop team members capable of meeting the challenges of Apple’s rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain a focus on simplicity while handling complex challenges.
  • Ability to identify and execute process & productivity improvements.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $217,200 and $326,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
