Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Engineering (any) or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Performing Modeling utilizing Excel for Demand Forecasting and determining Supply Allocation
Identifying and modeling supply chain risk scenarios in Excel to assess expected cost differences and delivery time impact to customers based on information gathered from partner teams
Managing resource constraints in strategic planning to optimize customer satisfaction while also considering financial goals and minimizing operational complexity
Coordinating with cross-functional groups and teams to manage operations and collaborate on decision-making, including gathering input via collaborative meetings and documents to understand key operational inputs and impact of business decisions
Presenting business status, risks and recommending optimal solutions to managers and executives, including utilizing Excel and Keynote to explain current business status, key operational issues, opportunities for improvement, and proposed solutions
Quantifying financial implications of business decisions in product pricing, shipment methods, or component/tooling costs
Demonstrating logistics experience by analyzing optimal shipping methodologies, planning for expected shipping timelines, and coordinating with Logistics partners for execution
Managing projects to improve supply chain operations, such as implementing opportunities to automate operations or streamline processes
