Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of advanced supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and business savvy.
  • Supply/Demand Planning, S&OP, online fulfillment, and store operations experience.
  • Various experiences in different project management methodologies.
  • An ability to visualize key concepts, timelines, and milestones into executive ready presentations.
  • Ability to liaise between teams with competing priorities to align to the most urgent and critical needs for leadership decisions.
  • An individual who is self-motivated and operates with a great sense of urgency with a keen eye for detail.
  • Background in Customer Experience (CX) and various Customer Journey methods.
  • Ability to build sustainable management systems supporting volume orders, promotions, and fulfillment management from order placement through returns across online and stores.
  • Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail (stores and eCommerce). Candidates with experience in system and tool launches, process design and implementation, fulfillment, logistics, and new product introductions will be well regarded.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
