- Ensure clear alignment between GTM Excellence programs andcorporate strategy and business priorities.
Drive Operational Excellence Across GTM Excellence Initiatives
- Establish and evolveGTM operational frameworksto streamline processes and improve execution efficiency.
- Drivecross-functional collaborationacross Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure key initiatives havedefined success criteria, KPIs, and impact measurementsto track performance.
Lead GTM Event Management & Execution
- Oversee the planning and execution ofMagic Camp (our flagship GTM training program), SKO (Sales Kickoff), regional GTM meetings, and geo-specific enablement events.
- Implementscalable event frameworksthat maximize engagement, learning, and business outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to ensure events align with broader GTM strategies and reinforce company culture and are delivering on time and in budget.
GTM Tech Stack Optimization
- enablement and optimization of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and leveraged.
- Identify opportunities toleverage AI and automationto enhance productivity and execution across the GTM organization.
- Work closely withRevenue Operations and ITto enhance data accuracy, improve system usability, and streamline technology workflows.
Develop GTM Analytics & Insights for Data-Driven Decisions
- Partner with dedicatedbusiness analysts and RevOpsto build anintegrated GTM reporting and analyticsfunction.
- Drive insights by aggregating data from multiple systems and sources, providingreal-time visibilityinto GTM performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, program management, business operations, or a related field within the technology sector.
- Strongtrack record of building and scaling PMO and operational functionsin a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding ofGTM processes and functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Experienceleading cross-functional teamsand driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Stronganalytical mindsetwith experience leveraging data, AI, and automation to drive business outcomes.
- Ability tonavigate senior executives andfoster strong collaboration between teams and functions.
- Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managingcomplex, high-impact initiativesin a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field;MBA is a plus.
