Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement local market strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Identify clinical and market trends to uncover business opportunities and support new product launches.
  • Develop physician training programs and define strategic reimbursement approaches.
  • Create commercial tools and support field execution.
  • Build and execute operational launch plans with a focus on profitability.
  • Communicate market needs to the regional Marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic physicians.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and demand generation teams to respond quickly to market needs.
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory forecasts.
  • Manage the P&L for the assigned business line, optimizing revenue, margins, and resource efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of quality in all internal and external interactions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience managing P&L and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience managing direct or indirect reports.
