Your Impact

Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech FP&A or business support roles working with large datasets, consolidating, analyzing and creating data-driven models
- Knowledge of finance fundamentals - i.e. Profit and Loss (P&L) and other financial Statements, Accounting Principles, and Return on Investment evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data requirements and interpret complex financial data and metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Passion for solving complex business problems using a variety of analytics tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly-matrixed international organizational structure
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience or equivalent military experience - MBA preferred
- Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, SAC), BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and G-suite applications is preferred
- Experience providing Finance support to a Customer Services delivery organization (e.g. Technical Support, Professional Services, Customer Success) or Customer Services Operations team is a plus
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $97000 - $156000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
