Roles / Responsibilities

  • Installation and setup new equipment / machinery according to specification and guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and conduct preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify/resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, or software components. Replace/repair defective parts to restore equipment to working order. Conduct calibration and testing / inspections to ensure equipment meets quality/safety standards. Ensure equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards and introducing safety protocols and SOP.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Analysis equipment limits, capabilities, and equipment design improvement
  • Establish pilot line checklist (maintenance, SOP etc.) and Documentation (SOP, safety, environment HIRAC)
  • Conduct training, provide guidance on troubleshooting procedure.
Qualifications
  • Diploma Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

PREFERRED:

  • 1-2 years working experience,
  • Both Internal or External

SKILLS

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and/or other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to identify and diagnose problems with equipment. Systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of potential hazards associated with the equipment and how to mitigate them.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. Good physical condition for performing manual tasks.
