Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+years experienceinbusiness planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • ORequivalent experience
  • Experiencesupporting executive-levelstrategic planning, project management, and operational leadership within a complex sales organization
  • 3+ years People Management experience

or PreferredQualifications

  • 5 +yearspeople management experience.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Translate the Corporate Vice President (CVP)vision throughstrategicplans and programsactivated throughout the fiscal year
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the Leader and organization leadership team, providing feedback, insights, and recommendations tooptimize

Business Operations
