Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy and Architecture Design:
- Analyze customer business requirements and develop comprehensive technical solution architectures.
- Design and promote solutions that incorporate cognitive computing capabilities, including applications in natural language processing, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Project Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure both technical feasibility and business value of solutions.
- Lead the technical planning, progress tracking, and risk management of projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Technical Consulting and Training:
- Provide technical consulting and training for internal teams and customers to drive the adoption and innovation of new technologies.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and participate in technical forums and conferences to enhance personal and team technical expertise.
- Solution Optimization:
- Perform performance optimization and enhancements on existing systems, continually improving the intelligence and efficiency of the solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative application solutions to maintain the company's leadership in cognitive computing.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, system architecture design, or related technical areas.
- Practical experience in cognitive computing, artificial intelligence, big data processing, or machine learning projects is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the design and implementation of microservices architecture.
- Familiar with common AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and related data processing tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, capable of leading technical teams in complex environments.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industry-specific projects (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and automation testing tools.
- Relevant technical certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.) are advantageous.
