Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Ability to develop joint business plans ambiguous environments, influence and collaborate across organizations and drive business success for both customers and Google.
Ability to sell and propose creative technologies across a wide range of decision makers.
Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, with the ability to align plans that deliver customer business outcomes.
