What you will learn and contribute to:

  • End-to-End Accountability: Hold responsibility for the on-time and on-budget delivery of customer projects, ensuring reliable delivery planning and net sales recognition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain close relationships with customers, acting as the operational interface to enhance customer satisfaction and collect valuable feedback.
  • Project Execution: Manage delivery escalations, conduct project reviews, and prevent negative deviations from project financials.
  • Global Delivery Models: Deliver services based on global delivery models, including automation, digitalization, remotization, and industrialization.
  • Cost-Competitive Delivery: Participate in the offering process to optimize cost-competitive delivery, leading project cost adherence (PCA) activities and ensuring effective and efficient resource allocation.
  • Delivery Excellence: Develop and deploy delivery excellence concepts and practices to meet or improve cost baselines.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive a local go-to-market approach tailored to customer needs and situations, promoting and applying Nokia’s services efficiency vision locally.

High-Priority Operational Responsibilities

  • Project Cost Adherence: Lead strict project cost adherence (PCA) activities for the entire project duration.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure effective and efficient resource allocation in projects by leading service transformation activities.
  • Validation of Offers: Participate in the validation of offers and sign off in the License to Deal (L2D) process to ensure deliverability.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Drive continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and cash flow to optimize operational performance.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 12 years of experience in service delivery management leading at least $200m project portfolio within the telecoms sector with major CSP customers
  • Track of business development and account management working at C-Level
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership leading a large geographically spread team and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience with financial targets and project cost adherence.
  • Ability to drive service transformation and deploy global delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills operating at C-Level
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • PMP – Project Management Professional certification.
