As a key leader on the Xbox Product Planning and Release team, you will drive alignment, organization, and execution across PM, Engineering, and Design to realize our goals.You’ll drive predictable planning cadences and facilitate key planning forums that bring clarity to what’s in scope, what’s at risk, and what success looks like. Your work will create the connective tissue across teams, turning strategic aspirations into coordinated, trackable execution.

Xbox is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Planning and Execution across a diverse set of services and experiences.

As a key leader on the Xbox Product Planning and Release team, you will drive alignment, organization, and execution across PM, Engineering, and Design to realize our goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA or related software, with an understanding of system architecture, permissions management, and the creation and maintenance of dashboards and queries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on gaming platforms: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Steam, Unreal, Unity
• Proven experience driving large-scale, cross-team planning processes in complex, matrixed organizations
• Facilitation and communication skills with a focus on transparency, accountability, and alignment
• Expertise in strategic planning, investment tracking, and dependency management
• Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and positively, ability to build strong partnerships within team and across organizational lines
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence across levels and disciplines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drives high-quality results with minimal oversight
• 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
