What You’ll Do
  • Lead thesafe and sustainable operation and growth of the Tesla Energy business in EMEA,with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and bottom-lineresults.
  • Act as anactive member of the Tesla Energy global leadership team to nurture a strongculture and strategy focused on Tesla’s mission.
  • Be theleader and focal point of the EMEA Energy team, facilitating an effective andmotivated team
  • Manage anexperienced Senior Management team across sales, engineering, deployment andoperations
  • Provideleadership and tactical guidance across the EMEA Energy teams
  • Implementprocesses and controls to mitigate risk and drive efficiencies in the business
  • Meetdirector-level responsibilities across the EMEA Energy business, including HR,Health and Safety and other compliance matters. Be the signatory for EMEAEnergy contracts
  • Partnerwith Tesla’s Residential business to help deliver an excellent customerexperience and bottom line results
  • Collaboratewith Tesla’s Service team to deliver safe and effective operations, and anexcellent customer experience
  • Workclosely with Tesla’s H&S team to ensure that appropriate and effectiveHealth and Safety control measures are in place
What You’ll Bring
  • Hands onleader with experience of managing a business unit with substantial annualrevenues and associated P&L
  • 10+ yearsof experience in the EMEA Energy markets across Distributed Energy, Residentialand Utility sectors
  • Strongknowledge and experience in developing, engineering and deploying large-scaleutility projects
  • Abilityto translate Tesla’s world leading technologies into market growthopportunities.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and motivating highly skilled andexperienced professional teams in the Energy sector.
  • Experience of working collegiately in global organisations with diversity oftalent and cultures
  • Comfortwith driving to high expectations within a dynamic and frequently changingcontext
  • Experience and understanding of director-level responsibilities for running alarge EMEA organisation, including HR, Health and Safety and other compliancematters
