As a project manager/delivery lead within the Commercial Transformation Office, you will drive a variety of high-priority projects that support the organization's strategic transformation. You will take on important and exciting responsibilities from day one, working closely with key stakeholders across the Commercial bank. You are a service-oriented individual with strong critical thinking and organizational abilities, who is adaptable and energized by new experiences. General Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects around business process, technology, and operations; provide direction to project teams and peers

  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly put structure in place to move work forward

  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment; revise as needed to meet changing requirements

  • Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and deliver on time

  • Assess internal and external factors that can affect project outcomes, leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

  • Build relationships and partner cross-functionally to ensure delivery of commitments, provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

  • Actively pursue/develop solutions that anticipate customer/partner needs and expectations, partner with internal customers to understand and address process and associate impacts

  • Communicate with and manage stakeholders at all levels, flex style as needed to inform and influence outcomes

  • Use data/evidence-driven approach to determine project success criteria and measure impact

  • Work with team members and peers on initiatives that drive engagement, enablement, inclusion and learning opportunities for the team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Masters Degree

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience

  • At least 3 years experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services

  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Charlotte, NC: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager McLean, VA: $102,700 - $117,200 for Principal Process Manager Plano, TX: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process Manager Richmond, VA: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
