About The Position

This isn't just a sales role; it's an opportunity to be a strategic partner to some of the largest construction companies in North America. You'll be instrumental in shaping our expansion, driving both net-new logo acquisition within major national construction firms and deepening our footprint within existing strategic accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Hunt and Close Major Deals: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new, strategic national construction accounts, leading the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close.
  • Expand Key Relationships: Map and nurture existing enterprise client relationships, uncovering new opportunities to expand Buildots' value and drive significant upsell/cross-sell revenue.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Adopt a consultative, partnership-driven approach, deeply understanding customer and stakeholder business needs to position Buildots as an indispensable solution.
  • Strategic Pipeline Management: Build, meticulously manage, and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline, providing clear reporting on progress and key metrics.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Comfortably engage with a diverse range of decision-makers and influencers within major construction organizations, including C-suite executives, project leaders, and operational teams, across various communication channels (in-person, phone, video).
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our customer success and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term partnership development.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Hunter & Closer: A demonstrated track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas, specifically in landing and expanding enterprise-level accounts.
  • Construction Industry Expertise: Strong existing relationships and a deep understanding of the major national construction landscape, including executives and project teams in the Northeast and/or Midwest (highly preferred).
  • Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to map complex organizations, identify key stakeholders, and navigate long sales cycles within large enterprises.
  • Integrity & Professionalism: A strong sense of integrity and clarity of action, building trust and credibility with every interaction.
  • Passionate about Tech: A genuine passion for construction and/or technology, with a belief in the transformative impact advanced solutions can bring to the industry.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Determined, target-oriented, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding stakeholder management, networking, and listening skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse personalities and cultures.
