As a Principal IT Business Partner here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the alignment between IT and business objectives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. Your expertise in IT strategy, project management, and relationship management will enable you to drive innovation and deliver value-added solutions to support business growth. You will report directly to our IT Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days remote). In this role, you will impact the organization by: Managing a portfolio of IT projects and ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT business partnering or related roles
Strong understanding of IT strategy, project management, and relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
At least 2 years of Salesforce experience
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Proficiency in Jira for project management
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in driving IT innovation and digital transformation initiatives
Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence key stakeholders
