Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions.
Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Requirements / Qualifications:
This role requires experience in the Services & Field Services.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
French and English - advanced level
Valid drivers license.
Location - Sidi Bel Abbess
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns;
Previous experience in MRI and CT is desirable.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
