Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular data governance reports.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with different stakeholders within the company.
- Be designated point of contact for the region for receiving regular (weekly, monthly) data governance reports and communications.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data governancereports, proactively implement measures to mitigate future discrepancies.
- Create and update Vendor and Customer records in SAP Master Data by request.
- Perform mass data updates,master data clean up and merges.
- Maintain proper process documentation.
- Onboard new joiners in MDM processes.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Higher education degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data processing or finance.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with operational processes.
- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
