THE ROLE

The related tasks include, but not be limited to:

  • Creation and maintenance of process documentation and related assets,
  • Creation and maintenance of BPMN diagrams in Signavio,
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality documentation regarding Cloud Delivery processes, Customer Support processes and tools.
  • Perform process document and related assets quality checks and implement changes.
  • Support team members with process maintenance and governance related back-office activities like managing process publishing requests, change asset requests, tool end-user support, handling the team mailbox information requests, manual synchronization of control data between tools, etc.
  • Create process documentation reports based on LoB demands, audit preparation and audit trail logging.
  • This position will provide you an in-depth look into the SAP CPIT’s Business Process and Solution Management unit and is one of few companies adopting the BPMN and ITIL Best Practices for their business processes.
  • Continuously striving for process and tool optimization & process adoption.

This position will provide you:

  • In-depth look into the SAP Corporate Process Framework and specifically into the Cloud Operations and Support Customer process areas, adopting the BPMN and ITIL Best Practices for their business processes.
  • Hand-on experience on global process project design, deployment, implementation, adoption and feedback collection.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred fields of study: Master students of Business Informatics, Data Sciences, Engineering or Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish studies.
  • Technical Skills: Process modeling using BPMN standards (Signavio preferred), MS Office applications including Excel and Power point.
  • Beneficial: Basic understanding of ITIL/IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with strong writing skills. German beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Curiosity, quick apprehension, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools. Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and proactive way.
