The Role
As a Product Manager, you will shape Cloud Operations product vision and roadmap, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the next generation of solutions. As a product manager you will become the domain expert, and will be responsible for overall product guidance, prioritization, and stakeholder communication. In this role, you work closely with an incredible team of engineers, partner enablement teams, and the ISBN lines of business to conceive of, define and deliver infrastructure and cloud products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the success, quality, cost management, and delivery of products and features from inception to launch, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and LOB requirements
- Develop and implement metrics to assess product success and performance, and present findings to technical teams with actionable strategy recommendations.
- Responsible for product management of product initiatives and features that will shape existing and future Cloud Operations products
- Build a product roadmap based on the needs of ISBN LOBs, incorporating on-going analysis of best-in-class platforms
- Prioritize and describe the product backlog
- Ensure definition of high-quality specifications according to user requirements
- Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the product initiatives you own
- Support, communicate, and advocate for new product features
- Incorporate feedback and analytics into your product plans
- Work across product and engineering teams to facilitate the launch and release of new products and features
- Build meaningful and productive relationships with product team members and stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems combining design thinking, critical decision-making and information analysis
- Understanding of basic technology concepts so that discussions with technical service owners and development teams can occur
Qualifications
- Product management experience with cloud, enterprise SaaS products
- Experience working with product roadmaps and driving delivery of products through the entire product lifecycle
- Ability to work both independently and within a highly collaborative agile methodology
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), good problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience leading large, diverse, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead by example, collaborate, advocate for different viewpoints and influence without direct authority
- Business English: Fluent
